How We Bill

We will invoice your security services in advance. For instance, your payment in a monthly billing cycle would cover your monitoring services for the month ahead. To avoid late fees, it’s important to make your payment by the due date indicated. Remember to allow time for payment to reach us whether you pay by check or by billpay from your bank.

You have a choice of billing cycles: monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annually. Just let us know your preference by calling customer service.

You also have a choice of payment options:

- by mailing a check
- by using your bank’s billpay service
- by setting up an automatic deduction from your checking account
- by using our online billpay option

Our convenient Automatic Bill Pay program automatically deducts your regular monitoring payment from your checking account, saving you time and ensuring that your bill is always paid on time. Contact customer service for an enrollment form.

Any non-monitoring services — such as system upgrades or service calls for repairs — will be billed separately from your monitoring fee. You will need to pay for this service by check to the service provider.
